Social Media Virtual Assistant

Write Mind Creative, LLC is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Virtual Assistant to work as a subcontractor.

The Social Media Virtual Assistant is responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts, responding to posts as needed, and analyzing analytics.

To be successful as a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you must have excellent time management skills, the ability to work as a team as well as independently, and to continually seek to produce work that “WOW’s”.

The Social Media Virtual Assistant’s responsibilities are:

  • Brainstorm campaigns
  • Create social media posts
  • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns
  • Know the newest industry innovations and tools
  • Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization
  • Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics

The Social Media Virtual Assistant’s requirements are:

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Working knowledge of business marketing and social media management
  • Prior experience in marketing and social media
  • Experience with graphic design and programs such as AI, Gimp, Inkscape, Canva
  • Self-motivated and strong interperesonal skills to actively implement ideas in a startup environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type:

  • Part-time, Contract

Work Location:

  • Fully remote but there is office space available at business location

Hours per week:

  • Between 10 and 15 hours

  • Experienced – has working knowledge on successful social media post creation and keyword implementation
  • A lover of good grammar, spelling, punctuation

This job is:

  • Open to applicants able to legally work within the United States
  • Open to applicants who do not have a High School diploma / GED
  • Open to applicants who do not have a college degree / diploma
  • Experience with how to connect with influencers preferred
  • Proficiency in English required – Bilingual (Spanish) would be very helpful but is not required
